Respond to Wickliffe Manor apartment, 30446 Euclid Avenue. Jeff Duncan, who is the maintenance guy there, called advising that there is a Black male wearing a jacket and a hat sitting at the picnic table. Apparently, this male was evicted two months ago and is not supposed to be on the property.
