1236 East 24th. 1236 East 24th for an unknown problem. Caller said that she drove by this house and saw a white male and a white female arguing. Looks like the white female was yelling at a male in a wheelchair, threatening to kill him. And she also had some kind of a pole or broomstick in her hand.
