174. 174, animal complaint, 212 Edwards Street, 212 Edwards Street. Caller is on foot, she just got back from work. She advised there were two big dogs in front of her residence. Unknown where they came from, but they possibly came from across the street. She advised it's an abandoned house. One is black with tan and brown. One's big with all brown, no collars.
