So all we saw was 3 cars in front of us. one of the cars tried to make a U turn. then the undercover cars moved directly in front of it so the car had nowhere to go.
We were right behind the Car when it first happened. Looked like two undercover cars cornered and stopped in front of a car so it had nowhere to go. possibly a chase or fleeing a scene ? and then after it cornered the car 12 more cop cars appeared. My boyfriend was said the two cars in front of us were driving weird and then we saw that happen.
Then that’s when all the cops came and surrounded the car
