Have a drive-in complaint, 3380 Lancaster Drive Northeast. Looking for a silver Toyota sedan, unknown plate. Vehicle swerved, hit the sidewalk, and then tried to make a U-turn before pulling into the Safeway parking lot. Caller believes intoxicated, based on behavior. Delay of 5, cabin pending at 2007.
