3-41-Delta, copy. 3-41-Charlie to back on a, Check-Wolfer. 41-Delta. Coming in as a Check-Wolfer at the Lutheran residence at 550 1st Avenue South. 5501 Avenue South. Caller's advising south of this location near 26, there is a two-story building with a parking lot on both sides. Advising under the overhang of this building on the first floor, there are chairs that are set up and there's someone laying on the ground. Stating that that subject's been on the ground for at least 10 minutes, laying in an odd position and has not moved.
