4 Biker 21, RP is going to be in a white Subaru Ascent. Advised the other vehicle was a blue Honda sedan, possibly a hatchback. Pulled out in front of the RP and then RP hit the vehicle from behind. The vehicle took off going eastbound on Ashland. RP did request EMS for her daughter. EMS was conferenced then. She's stating she's going to be in front of the Abbey Pet Hospital, 4508 East Ashland Avenue.
