22-64 Baker, 22-64 Baker. Took an unknown driver over a maroon F-150 that struck poles in the parking lot of the Pilot on Zeeb and then left. Apparently no damage to the property, but they'd like welfare check on the driver. The truck has extensive damage. They spoke to the male who had IVs hanging from his arm, was shaking and had trouble breathing, but didn't get his name. Plate we got was David Frank Zebra 2846.
