1611 Wintercrest Street. I have S1, White male, 40-years-old, green shirt, blue pants. S2, White male, 40-years-old, black shirt, blue pants. Came into the complex, were fishing in the pond, getting into the trash cans. No weapons seen. They do have flashlights, unknown impacts. They are still in the complex.
