Suspicious person at 1120 11th Street Northeast. 1120 11th Street Northeast. Our caller is not home, but he's checking his camera. He advises there's a male in the backyard carrying a shovel and a long pole and a flashlight. Watched him walk around the house a couple of times, and then the video cut out. A white male with jeans and a lighter gray t-shirt. This was about five minutes ago.
