Respond to the Scout Lake. 61, correction, 6001 West Loomis. There's a BMW parked up near the lake with no people around it. It's going to be on the southern part of the lake where the path splits to go left or right. The caller is in the area. He's in the parking lot with a dog and can direct you. The vehicle comes back valid negative out of Appleton. BMW 3 Series. It's attached. We'll try to find the registered owner. Respond over.
