He's a darker skin-toned male who hopped in the Ford Escape and last seen heading westbound on Guardian. What color was the escape? It was a darker color, newer model. Actually, it's going to be silver or a light blue Ford Escape. We don't have a plate on it. All right, you got one.

It's going to be a male, black. He's going to have face tattoos and a low-cut, possibly fade, not entirely sure the exact hairstyle.
