Check well being, Highway 370 and 72nd Street. RP advised there's an elderly female sitting at the intersection alone near the stoplight. RP spoke with her and female seems confused about where she is. White female, approximately 60 to 70 years old. Last seen wearing unknown colored blanket wrapped around her. No weapons seen. Female was smoking but doesn't think any ETO, HR signal 7. No rescue needed per RP. Check well being, Highway 370, 72nd Street.
