Informant stated male Hispanic, no shirt, black pants, took backpack from a male Hispanic 80s, wearing black sweater, blue jeans. DP last seen on Hope. Male Hispanic 80 is still on the ground. Informant stated male Hispanic, 80 years of age, is bleeding. No weapons seen. Occurred 5 ago, TAC 203.
