These are my neighbors and unfortunately they do stuff like this daily
I drove by when it was first starting. They were arresting an angry shirtless dude, idk what could have happened
It’s an apartment complex, but the guy ran across the street. They arrested the lady in the apartment complex.
I live in front of it and the cops are finally ready to roll out and hopefully stop blocking the road
