1537 Anderson for a PO violation. Caller's waiting outside, advising there's another female that has a restraining order against someone. That female is across the street from the apartment complex yelling, female, white, with a name of Candy Gum. 1537 Anderson. Male party who's upset with them purposely veered his car towards the caller. Suspect was in a black Ford Fusion license plate 424 Tom John Edward 303 South Burkitt.
