Copy. Are you looking out for a date? I have a request to check. Around the 200 block of Hartley Avenue in Beckley. Caller advises there's a silver four-door car. Complainant advised there was a juvenile that was locked in the car, but the subjects came out and got the juvenile out. It's parked in front of a white house. That's all the information they could give and couldn't give a house number. Caller was a passerby, didn't have any... Police.
