advising you, I have a suspicious coming in at 123 South Monroe Street, crosses of West 2nd and West 1st. Caller stated there was a black male, early 20s, was wearing a blue stocking cap, black jacket, and jeans. He was walking by the location in the window. Caller went out to check and stated he was gone. Has been walking up and down past the location. Stated he was last seen over by Monroe Jiu-Jitsu, next to the candy shop at 125 South Monroe Street.
