We're having a 4 unit to back, signal 13 Papa, 203 Northwest 13th Street. Complainant was advised there was a female walking into oncoming traffic. She crossed the intersection and almost was hit. The traffic had to swerve to miss her. Time lapse was about 5 minutes. Trying to get a clothing description.
