10-4, Engine 3, the calling party had advised this was just east of Waco, vehicle speeding, construction zone. Hit someone, kept driving. The vehicle was a white Acura, two-door. It was last seen going eastbound. There is now a new address for that vehicle, 2435 North Park Place.
