2-18-308-362, South 12th Street, South Sprague Avenue. There's a male on northbound from the area pointing a shotgun at passersby. No shots fired. Black male, 40s or 50s, thin-build. The caller says he has blue hair and is wearing plaid pajama pants, walking with a shopping cart as well. He just walked into the parking lot at the AM, PM. 2-18.
