10-4, the citizen walked off. Alright, 10-4, if you can, you can leave that area, go to another area, and we'll have a unit still meet you at that location. Is the individual who took your radio, was that the individual you're trying to give a ticket to? I issued him a citation. He was highly upset that he got one, so he snatched the handheld out of my hand, broke it across the street, and broke it. I can't even find a part of the handheld right now. Alright, sir, I just want to make sure you're safe. 10-4.

Ma'am, do you have available units that can make their way to 200 block, make their way to 200 East Lafayette? There's a parking enforcement agent at the location, been harassed by a citizen. Says the individual took his radio from the parking enforcement door to cross the street.
