I have an accident hit-and-run that occurred in the parking lot of the current 800 West Broadway. I originally spoke with a witness, and then the victim showed up. The suspect was a red Toyota sedan with a wooden platform on the roof. It's tied to a black Honda pickup. We do have the license plate. The victim's vehicle is a Honda pickup, black in color, and our subject is on scene. Keep ID 21 when you're on your way.
