The suspicious at 1116 16th Avenue East, recorded second-hand information that there are two suspects looking into their windows, but there's nobody currently at the location. Descriptions reported second-hand is black male with blue hair, navy blue t-shirt and blue jeans, wearing a black backpack. We'll see if we can get the second description. 1116 16th Avenue.
