28-06, vehicle accident, 123 East 1st Street, cross of Grove Street. It's a white Chevy Silverado and a 1987 white Mustang. There's a stranded vehicle on the 17th headed 321 northbound. It's right when you're getting off the exit. I wasn't able to get stopped. If you just have somebody possibly circulate or generate a stranded vehicle, danger.
