I'll be en route to the area of Earl Road on Dixon Boulevard. Caller advised he's in a Royster oil truck. He is behind a black Yukon that is swerving all over the roadway. He's unsure if he may be under the influence or having a medical emergency. They're coming up on Dixon now. 10-17.
