Caller advised a black male wearing all brown, was following a customer out of the bank and cursing, possibly under the influence, last seen towards Ace Harden. 10-4, does the caller want contact? That's now. 10-4.127 for 171, I believe that subject's going to be on foot, probably where your traffic stop just took place.
