Information, the vehicle pulled, correction, while the RP and the vehicle were stopped at the light at Fairview and Encina, the subject put the vehicle in reverse and hit the RP's vehicle and left. When the RP was chasing him, the subject pulled in front of him, did a brake check, RP honked at him, and then when they were sitting at a light, the subject also spit on the RP's vehicle.
