92, area check at 911 Pennsylvania Place. This was called in by one of the tenants advising they were leaving for work, and they saw a male subject by the bike rack with tools in a bag. The subject appeared to be associated to a bike already, but he was messing with one of the bikes on the bike rack. Copy, I'll be en route. Copy.
