Have a suspicious person call, 214 South Vance Drive in Beckley. Caller advised there was a male, last seen wearing a white sheet, running up and down the road, throwing stuff that he picks up off the ground. Stated he is now back in the parking lot. Appears to be under the influence, unknown weapons. Copy. 27. I'm out there as well. Copy.
