Respond to the VA, 500 West National Avenue. Corporal there says a black man with a shovel was banging on the glass doors of the VA at the main entrance. He's saying he was attacked in West Milwaukee at the 5100 block of National. They're requesting us to come meet them at the east entry. They have three officers there holding him.
