It's going to be a male, Hispanic, no shirt, black jeans, possible face mask. He just crouched down by the electric box. I don't see any activity at him trying to force his way in, but we'll monitor. Hollenbeck units, ADW in progress, Humboldt and Avenue 23, Code 3 incident 4823. Stand by for further. Directly behind the power box. It's a standard. It's a male, Hispanic, no shirt, black jeans, just crouched down behind the electric box. Nothing active at this point, but loitering. Drone 1, could you repeat the location you were stepped on? I have the suspect description. Drone 1, you can be on the south curb, 31 Street, just east of Grand.
