I have a suspicious person in the area of Festival Foods, 810 East Wash. It's been holding for about three and a half hours now. Our caller is reporting that they were on a run and an individual on a bike started following him. He has been waiting at Festival Foods because he's uncertain if this male is outside, lives in the area, and doesn't want to go home without officer presence.
