Again at this time, confines of the 403, it's a level 1 mobilization in regards to a confirmed shot fired. Mobilization point 519 East 142 Street, looking for a male Black about 5'10", slim-build with dreads, gray, wearing an all black hoodie. Oh no, it came, it came, but I didn't see one. on a e-bike southbound, a little cabin on the way.
