14, can I have you hold off on Lucian Street? I'm going to start you over to 401 Park Ave first, please. In front of the Wan Wang restaurant, we got a report of a black male and a white female possibly fighting. They're standing by a gray Toyota Camry. The caller spoke broken English. Call taker wasn't unsure if they said if the fight was physical or not. No weapons were seen.
