Units in 6th and citywide, we have a battery in progress, 720 East 79th Street. 720 East 79th Street, apartment 204 in the DCFS building. Caller states there's a male hitting a female. It's going to be a Christopher Spencer. Male Black, 19-years-old, pushed her and is now beating up the staff. Last seen wearing a ponytail, no shirt, blue jeans. Caller believes they're under the influence of some type of substance. Nothing further. District 2, zone 8, clear.
