3100 College Street. Speak to a Ms. Lynn about a hit-and-run. Advised a black in color Dodge hit the complainant's fence and it left unknown direction of travel this time. She did state that a police officer had gotten behind them right after, didn't have the lifeline or anything, but they're not sure what jurisdiction it was.
