180 Madison Street for a disabled MV. Passerby reported a box truck stuck at the pumps at the Speedway gas station. States the driver is rubbing the engine at full power. They're concerned that if he frees the box truck with the gas pedal fully accelerated, it's going to crash into Kelly's Garage traffic.
