15 David, it's a 594 (Malicious Mischief (vandalism)) at 145 Jackson Street, the safe way between Davis and Front. Subject throwing items around the store. Advise, RP is advised that he will mace the subject. The subject in question is a White female adult, 40 to 50s, brown hair, medium build, black tank top, gray shorts, and no weapons. There is a CHP officer on scene that is trying to assist with the de-escalation, but the subject is currently outside yelling.
