311, 312, suspicious vehicle, the area of the Bluepoint Crab House, 11412 Reisterstown Road off Sunset and High Falcon. Caller said there was a gold or tan vehicle with a female in the front seat screaming. So she passed her in the vehicle, the doors were open, and says there were limbs hanging out. And says the vehicle was last seen going towards Elmany Smiles Boulevard. And the caller wants a 10-17 at the location. 10-17.
