Units in 4 and on the citywide, getting a person with a gun at Avalon Park, 1215 East 83rd Street, 1215 East 83rd. Caller said a male, Black, white, all black, inside of a red Chevy Cruze, just pulled a gun out on a male inside the park. The offender is still sitting inside the vehicle. He's possibly intoxicated. I have nothing further, 4th district's on 8.
