16 Sackland units, broadcast only on a 20002 that occurred eastbound 50 east of Watt. It's a black motorcycle with a rider last seen wearing a black helmet. Victim vehicle is a black Tesla Model 3. They hit the RP's vehicle when riding by and were 23-103 at high speeds and in and out lane. Last seen one ago. Nothing further. Sackland, WRAD 690 at 1719.
