1745 Georgia Avenue, 1745 Georgia Avenue. It's going to be north side lanes. Caller advised there is a whiskey Mike wearing gray sweatpants, a black jacket, and has a red backpack. He's now walking towards O'Reilly's. He was yelling and throwing things. He also positioned his hand as a gun and was pointing at employees. They want him to address that.
