25 unit, the broadcast for a 23-103 vehicle, it was SR 185 at East 14. It was an oversized truck with a, correction, a truck with an oversized trailer, 28 of 1, 657-000 and 1 Tom 5700. They're upset the highway patrol officer didn't stop the 23-103 vehicle on City Street. I'm assuming that there was a CHP in the area when they saw this. It almost caused a traffic collision.
