Going to have a 6-year-old male laying underneath a white pickup truck without a shirt. He's got green pajama pants. Caller said his eyes were open, but they did not see him move. They were unsure of his breathing status. The vehicle is going to be in the middle of the street. No driver inside. 23. Medic 111.
