8734, 8735, copy. A check person over near Cooper's Causeway at 400 North Division Street, in 400 North Division Street. My caller saw a male who was sitting on the railroad bridge here at the Cooper Causeway sharpening a machete. When the caller asked the male why he was doing that, he said he lives outside and needs a for chopping wood. This male then left the area. He was last seen wearing a gray or green shirt with a harness on it and pants with a head covering, possibly some sort of bandana. The male waited on 5658 at Hyatt.
