312, unit to vaccine on an animal cruelty, 217 Persimmon Court. 217 Persimmon Court, near Tarragon Road. Complainant said that there's a dog that's been outside barking for 30 minutes. The rails on the back are broken. The dog could possibly get off the dash. There's a large black dog. He says it's safe to open his door and let his children outside to play.
