There's going to be a suspicious activity at Bell Tree here in Old Reno, 2710 West Central Avenue. First canvass reported that there was a man that was seen dumping buckets of oil into the trash can. It's going to be a younger male wearing a white beater, possibly on a kid's BMX bike. Happened about five minutes ago and was last seen headed westbound through the Southerlands parking lot.
