Caller states that a vehicle dumped a bag of trash off of the top of their vehicle accidentally, did not return to pick it up when they looked back and saw that it had fallen. Said it's partially in the road. Give me a plate of a vehicle impact out of Blackstone, Blue Camry 2 Bravo Golf Zulu 82. Again, check the area in front of the campground, 106 Douglas Road for trash in the road.
