Lincoln 853, Lincoln 772. 53. I see, ma'am. Family Dollar on North 9th. 350 West Carpenter, room 875. Male difficulty breathing, no wave signal 2. Aurora, and thinks she saw him at the Quick and Easy on North Grand. She's requesting officers out to talk to her. There's also another call pending at Quick and Easy, and it's going to be an assault report.
